We pull shots of whichever house roast suits the cup best. Ask us what's in the hopper — it changes with the week's roast.

Filter & cold brew
We brew filter and cold brew from the lighter end of the roast range — Southerly and First Light are built for this. Bright, clean and worth slowing down for.
Southerly · First Light (seasonal)
Brewed to order over about four minutes. Jasmine and stone fruit on the Southerly; whatever First Light is running this week alongside.

Southerly
Brewed in a small batch each morning so it's always fresh. The quickest way to get the Southerly in your hands before it's all gone.
$5
First Light · steeped 18 hrs
Steeped overnight from First Light, served over ice. Smooth, low-acid and quietly refreshing on a Fremantle summer morning.

The house roasts
Every coffee on the menu starts as one of four bags. Buy a 250g or 1kg bag at the bar, whole bean or ground to order — always close to its roast date.
Cocoa · Dark cherry · Molasses. Our deepest, most forgiving espresso roast. From $22 / 250g.
Caramel · Almond · Ripe plum. A balanced medium that works as espresso or filter. From $23 / 250g.
Jasmine · Stone fruit · Honey. Roasted light for filter and cold brew. From $24 / 250g.
Red apple · Toffee · Citrus peel. Rotating single-origin — ask what's on the roaster today. From $25 / 250g.
Ground to order
Tell us how you brew and we'll dial the grind at the bar — whether you're pulling shots at home, running a plunger or working a V60. No blade grinder required on your end.
Good to know
We pull the freshest batch from the week's roast. What's in the espresso hopper on Monday may be different from Friday — ask us what's on today.
Oat and almond available daily. Add $0.70 to any milk drink. We'll always recommend which roast pairs best with what you're having.
First Light is our rotating single-origin slot. The roast notes and origin shift with each new green purchase — check the blackboard or ask at the counter.

Menu questions
We keep the focus on coffee. No kitchen — but the harbour foreshore has plenty of options a short walk away if you need something alongside your cup.
Yes — all four house roasts are available as 250g and 1kg bags at the counter. We'll grind to your preferred method or pack it whole bean. Stock is limited to what's been roasted that week, so it's always fresh.
We typically pull Driftline or Harbourmaster for milk-based drinks and long blacks. The hopper changes with each roast run — ask us what's in today and we'll tell you exactly what you're drinking.
No — that's the point. First Light is our rotating single-origin slot. The country, region and flavour notes change with each new green coffee purchase. Check the blackboard when you arrive or email us at [email protected] to ask what's coming next.
We don't carry a standing decaf roast at the moment. If that's something you'd love to see, drop us a note at [email protected] — we're always listening.
Monday to Friday 6:30am–2pm. Saturday and Sunday 7am–1pm. We're near the Fishing Boat Harbour in Fremantle — close enough to smell the sea from the counter.
